Sudanese Minister Of Industry Dr Jalal Yousef Al-Dukeir has highlighted the Sudanese-Saudi relations and called for further cementing these relations in the industrial and economic domains. He welcomed the Saudi investors in Sudan in the field of energy and projects of sugar notably extraction of ethanol from sugarcane. Al-Dukeir noted that Sudan has made big strides in extraction of methanol and said arrangements are underway to open a factory in this field next year. He also lauded the efforts exerted by government to develop further the march of the country's economy.
