The Preparatory Committee meeting for the 19th session of the Saudi-Yemeni Coordination Council has reiterated the significance of enhancing current efforts to broaden and develop the existing and future cooperation between the two countries. At the end of its two-day deliberations here on Monday, the committee approved the minutes to be submitted to the 19th session of the Saudi-Yemeni Coordination Council. The minutes included cementing fraternal cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Yemen notably in areas of development. The committee underscored the importance of bolstering cooperation in trade and industrial sectors through an increase in the total volume of trade exchanges. It also underlined the importance of enhancing direct relations between private sectors in the two countries through exchange of visits and organization of trade exhibitions. The meeting called for cementing cooperation in the fields of technical education, vocational training, higher education and scientific research. The two sides expressed their readiness to hold the second meeting of the Saudi-Yemeni Technical Committee in the field of technical education and vocational training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a date to be agreed upon later. The two sides decided to further boost bilateral cooperation in agricultural and health domains. They also agreed to cement cooperation in tourism and postal fields as well as in electricity and energy sectors. They underlined the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries' national data centers. __
