The Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Ameen Madani considered the Saudi cultural activities in Azerbaijan, currently ongoing in Baku, as just a start and key to a continuing cultural activity that would put the cultural stocks of Saudi Arabia before the entire world. In a statement to the Saudi news agency, Madani expressed confidence of the success of the current cultural days of Saudi Arabia in Azerbaijan, citing the massive attendance showing admiration of the contents of the first day of the event. He explained that those activities include lectures, seminars, plastic art presentations, Arabic calligraphy and photography along with theatrical performances, film presentations as well as national costumes.
