The Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Ameen Madani held at the headquarters of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture and Tourism here today a press conference on the occasion of Saudi cultural days in Azerbaijan. The Minister asserted that there are several fields of cultural cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Azerbaijan. "These fields include translation, films exchange, individual exhibitions and cultural festivals", the Minster said. The Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information and Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism will work together on exchanging visits of media delegations of the two countries, the Minister added. As regards the start of cooperation in the fields of translation and films, the Minister pointed out that these issues are under discussion and will be agreed on during this visit. The Minister also highlighted the activities which will take place during the Saudi cultural days in Azerbaijan to be opened this evening.
