Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region patronized here this evening the ceremony of honoring the former Minister of Social Affairs Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz Al-Akkas. Upon arrival at the venue, the Governor of Riyadh Region was received by Minister of Social Affairs Dr.Yousuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz Al-Akkas and undersecretaries of Ministry of Social Affairs. After that, Dr. Al-Othaimeen delivered a speech in which he praised the achievements of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, noting that the needy people, orphans and the disabled are on top of his first concerns. He also praised the efforts of Al-Akkas which reflect the attention of the Kingdom in taking care of needy people sponsored by the ministry. Then, Al-Akkas delivered a speech in which he thanked the leadership for honoring him with public service and for approval of his request to be relieved of his post.
