URGENT: Lisbon no vote at 54.7 per cent at halfway point

After 19 of the 43 constituencies declared
their official results in Ireland's referendum to approve the
Lisbon
treaty Friday, the no vote was at 54.7 per cent to 45.3 per cent for
the yes camp.
Final official results were expected Friday afternoon.
