The Office of the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Washington celebrated last night the graduation of the first batch of the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for foreign scholarships. The first batch included several scientific and technical specializations including seven graduates at the levels of doctorates, 142 masters and 49 bachelors' degree-holders. Dr Khalid Al-Anqari, the Higher Education Minister, in a televised speech, said the program of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for foreign scholarships embodies the greater attention given by the Saudi wise leadership to the educational sector.
