Dr. Ali Joma'ah, Egypt's Mufti has valued the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the Global Islamic Conference of Dialogue to be organized by the World Muslim League in Makkah on First Jumadah 30, asserting that the Kingdom's hosting of this conference emanates from its position and leading role in serving Islam and Muslim issues. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Joma'ah emphasized the importance of the conference and its role in supporting the Islamic dialogue to promote an enlightened vision of Islam's facts and the ability for dialogue and coming up with Islamic comprehensive authentication for the concept of dialogue and its role in Islam. On his part, Dr. Nasr Farid Wasel, former Egypt's Mufti stressed in a similar statement to SPA that the conference gains a special importance in the shadow of the circumstances experienced by the Muslim world. He hailed the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the dialogue, expressing his appreciation for the good efforts exerted by the Kingdom in hosting the important global conference in Makkah with the aim to authenticate the concept of dialogue in Islam and gather the Muslim communities to serve Muslim issues and to sustain their unity.
