The international forum for the Muslim scholars and thinkers at the Muslim World League (MWL) has lauded the great attention given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to dialogue and his call for the nations of the world to resort to understanding and co-existence. On the occasion of the international Islamic conference for dialogue, a statement issued by the forum said it called on governments, organizations and Muslim and other nations as well as organizations in the world to opt for dialogue as a means of tackling problems and promoting understanding on common issues. The statement pointed out that the Islamic dialogue with the nations is required by the Muslims to confront the campaigns being launched against Islam. The statement noted that Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him), had conducted dialogue with non-Muslims and with those who had antagonistic stands against him. --MORE
