Over 5 kg of heroin seized in Moscow

One of the biggest batches of heroin since the beginning of the year has been confiscated from a Tajik citizen in Moscow, Itar-Tass learnt at the law enforcement bodies of the capital.
“The foreigner was detained in Komsomolskaya Square near the building of the Kazansky Railway Station on Sunday,” a law enforcer specified. During a search, 5.2 kilograms of heroin were found and seized.
Criminal proceedings were instituted against the detainee.
