In the presence of Chairman of the Shoura (Consultative) Council Dr Salih bin Humeid and Rector of King Saud University (KSU) Dr Abdullah Al-Othman and the advisor of the Interior Minister Dr Saed Al-Harethi, the Chair of Prince Naif bin Abudlaizz for Intellectual Security Studies was launched today at the University. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Khalid Al-Direis, the Supervisor of the Chair, said it will be concerned with studies pertaining to intellectual security. He hoped that the Chair would positively contribute to tackling the deviant ideas and would give attention to the intellectual dialogue based on moderation. On his part, Dr Khalid Al-Huzeifi, the Dean of the faculty of education, highlighted the importance of intellectual security, and said it keeps the nation far away from woes and dangers.
