Pakistani Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani declined to accept the resignations of ministers from former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's party on Tuesday, saying he wanted to wait for the return of his party leader to Pakistan. "The prime minister has told them he will not be accepting the resignations until the return of Mr Zardari," said an aide to the prime minister. Asif Ali Zardari, leader of the Pakistan People's Party which heads a six-week old coalition, is due to arrive from Britain late on Tuesday, Reuters reported. Sharif had pulled his ministers out of the cabinet after Three days of talks in London with Zardari failed to produce an agreement on the reinstatement of about 60 judges dismissed by President Pervez Musharraf during a period of emergency rule in November.
