Maintaining the current organizational status of cultural attache offices in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Canada, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of France, Australia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Ministry of Higher Education shall take into consideration fitting the number of staff with the volume of educational student activities for each office.
-Opening cultural attache offices in the People's Republic of China, Malaysia, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and New Zealand.
- Reopening cultural attache offices in Syria, Morocco, Qatar, Oman, Turkey, Austria, Yemen, Sudan, Tunisia, Lebanon, Italy and Algeria.
-The Ministry of Higher Education shall take into consideration a number of criteria set by the decision when there is a need for opening a new cultural
attache office or maintaining an existing office.
