Opening of Eighth Forum of Arab Federation for Organizations Working with the Deaf

On behalf of Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, the Eighth Forum of Arab Federation for Organizations Working with the Deaf was opened here today by Saud bin Ali Al-Abdulaziz, Undersecretary of the General President for Sport Affairs during the period from April 27 to 30.
The opening ceremony started with a recitation of verses of the Holy Quran.
Then Said Al-Qahtani, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Deaf sports and the general supervisor of the forum delivered a speech in which he hailed The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for attention, patronage and encouragement extended to people with special needs as important and affective elements in society.
