Argentina's Vice President Eng. Julio Cobos received here on Wednesday Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz currently on a visit to Argentina to present the prizes of Arab Gulf Programme for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND) for 2008. During the meeting, the prince briefed the vice president on AGFUND's programmes, objectives, prizes and assistance provided in the area of early education and university. On his part, the Argentine Vice President expressed his admiration of AGFUND programmes especially with regard to education in the early childhood and open universities. Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz also visited an exhibition held at Arrieta museum on the occasion of the Week of Arab Culture in Argentina. The prince was accompanied by Saudi Ambassador to Argentina Essam Al-Thaqafi, AGFUND's Executive Director Nasser Al-Qahtani and Secretary General of the Prize Abdullatif Al-Dhuwaihi.
