Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Hamad Ala'teyah met here today with Minister of Common European Commission for External Relations Penyata Finiro Waldner. During the meeting, they reviewed EU-GCC relations and issues of common interest. On relations with Yemen, Ala'teyah told the EU minister that the GCC countries enjoy special and distinguished relations with Yemen and support it and that Yemen is an active member of some specialized organizations of the GCC.
