The Directorate General of Anti-Narcotics seized 46,062,205.25 captagon tablets; more than nine tons of hashish; and more than 48 kilograms of pure heroin during the period from 01/01/1429H to 01/04/1429H. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Media Spokesman at the Directorate General of Anti-Narcotics Major Ibrahim Abu Hulail said that the Directorate General also seized during the same period more than five kilograms of Heroin. Major Ibrahim pointed out that the Directorate General is working on doubling its efforts in fighting narcotics and preventing them from entering the country. At the same time, the Directorate General is working on increasing general social awareness.
