The Saudi-Argentinean Committee concluded its Third session here today under co-chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Economic and Cultural Affairs, Dr. Yousuf bin Tarrad Al Saadoun and Argentinean Minister Aigermo Azraq. At the concluding session of the Two-day works of the Committee, an agreement on science and technology was signed with King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology. The Committee's also debated the prospects of signing an agreement in the field of higher education in addition to another accord on avoidance of double taxation. In its final session, the Committee reviewed aspects of cooperation in science, technology, agriculture, animal wealth, commerce, economy, foods, drugs, youth, sports and double taxation. The minutes of the meeting were also signed and the two sides agreed to hold the Committee's Fourth session in Buenos Aires. Representatives from the concerned governmental authorities as well as the private sector participated in the Committee's works. The Committee's Third session was attended by the Saudi side comprising delegates from the Ministry of Higher Education; the Ministry of Finance; the Ministry of Commerce and Industry; the Ministry of Agriculture; the General Presidency of Youth Wefare, King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology and The General Commission for Food and Medicine. -- SPA
