A household gas explosion occurred at an apartment house in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region on Tuesday. Three people were hurt, a source at the local emergency situations department told Itar-Tass. In his words, the victims were hospitalized. “The blast wave smashed window glass and damaged overhead covers of a five-story house in the town of Kharitonovo at about 2:00 p.m. Moscow time,” he said.
