Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani expressed his thanks to and appreciation of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi government and people for the leadership of the joint Arab action in the previous session of the Arab summit. He also thanked Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad for his distinguished efforts in the management of the session hosted by Damascus. In his speech during the closing session of the 20th Arab summit, the Qatari Emir called on Arab countries to attend the next ordinary 21st summit in Qatar.
