Speaking on the occasion, Madani reiterated the support of the ministry of culture ad information to the cultural movement and innovation in the Kingdom. He pointed out that the ministry will work along with persons who are concerned with the theatrical movement to organize a festival every two years in the next stage, and to organize annually in the future. Madani said the general presidency for youth welfare has played a crucial role in the establishment of the theatrical movement in the Kingdom. Meanwhile, Madani announced launching the prize of Ahmad al-Suba'ei, and said the prize's committees will be formed within the next three months. He noted that Ahmad al-Suba'ei had deeply believed in the importance of the theatre as a way for cultural development. Madani also opened the exhibition organized on the fringes of the festival. In press statement, he said the ministry of culture and information will exert intensive efforts for the development of the theatrical movement in the Kingdom.
