King Abdullah University for Sciences and Technology (KAUST) signed here today a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals. The MOU signed today is the tenth MOU to be signed by KAUST with various scientific and research institutions in the last eight months. Dr Khalid bin Saleh al-Sultan, the Director of King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals, hoped that the MOU would yield positive results. Meanwhile, Professor Choon Fong Shih, the President Designate of KAUST, said the agreement would contribute to realizing the desired aspirations in the field of researches. The MOU focuses on researches in the fields of energy, petroleum engineering, marine researches, environment engineering, engineering of materials and petrochemicals, geosciences and other related topics.
