Pakistan's Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has seized six Indian fishing boats and arrested 24 crewmembers for illegally fishing in Pakistan's waters, the MSA said in a statement. They were fishing in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Pakistan. “The Indian fishermen have been repeatedly warned against fishing in the EEZ, but they continue fishing here to benefit from rich fish resources at the mouth of Indus Delta,” the statement said. The arrested fishermen were handed over to Karachi police for further action.
