A fire at a psycho-neurological clinic in the Tula Region has been put out, Itar-Tass learnt on Sunday at the press service of the regional branch of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies. “The total area of the fire was 200 square meters. The fire started supposedly at an annex where the roofing partially caved in,” a source said. The fire at the clinic in the village of Petelino flared up on Sunday at 06.00. Reasons for the fire are now being investigated. There were no casualties. Patients are temporarily being accommodated at the Petelino hospital. There were over 160 patients and four medics at the clinic at the time of the fire. All of them were evacuated.
