Under Secretary of Interior Ministry receives UN Official

On behalf of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister, the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Salem received here yesterday the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women, Yakin Ertürk and the accompanying delegation who are currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, they discussed all matters relating to women's rights and their role as active members in the community.
The meeting was attended by Director General of General Administration of Prisons, Major General Dr. Ali Al-Harthy and the Under Secretary of the Ministry for Rights Affairs, Moussa Al-Omar.
