UAE Premier begins visit to Germany

The Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, arrived in Berlin Wednesday on a two-day visit during which he will confer with Chancellor Angela Merkel, according to dpa.
Sheikh Mohammed was due to attend a meeting of the German-Emirates economic forum in Berlin on Wednesday evening.
Merkel is due to welcome him with full military honours at the federal chancellery at noon on Thursday. The talks are expected to concentrate on bilateral and international issues.
