Caretaker Prime Minister Mohammadmian Soomro will be leading an important trade delegation to Saudi Arabia and Yemen from Friday, officials said. The tour is aimed at further strengthening ties, particularly Pakistan's economic and commercial cooperation with the two countries. During his two-day stay in Yemen, Soomro will meet with Prime Minister Dr. Ali Mohammad Mujawwar followed by delegation level talks. His engagements also include meetings with President Ali Abdullah Saleh and Chairman of the Shoura (Consultative) Council Abdul Aziz Abdul-Ghani. The Prime Minister will also address the Yemeni businessmen and meet with the Pakistani community. He will hold meetings with business executives in Saudi Arabia on Sunday and perform Umrah and offer prayers at Prophet's (Peace be upon him) mosque in Madinah. The visit is aimed at increasing bilateral trade with Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
