Saudi Arabia ranks first among trading partners of Jordan

A Jordanian official report has shown that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked first among the trading partners of Jordan.
The value of commercial exchanges between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Jordan until the end of November 2007 reached 2036 million Dinars, according to a report issued by the Jordanian Department of Statistics.
According to the latest data issued by the Department of Statistics for Foreign Trade, the amount of Jordanian exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reached 239 million Dinars until December 2007. The amount of Jordanian imports from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reached 1797.4 million Dinars for the same period. Most of the imports are oil, petrochemical and food products.
