Bush comes within the framework of strong and historical relations between the two countries permanently characterized by frankness, transparency, and serious and continual work in serving the joint interests and addressing regional and international problems within the framework of the strategic partnership between the two countries. Prince Saud pointed out that this spirit prevailed in the deep, serious and prolonged talks held between The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and President Bush. Delivering a speech at the outset of a joint press conference held here today with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Prince Saud said,'' On behalf of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the government and people of the Kingdom, I have the honor to welcome again U.S.President George W.
