In the presence of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Four cooperation agreements were signed by the the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and France. These accords include an agreement of joint cooperation for bilateral political consultations between the Saudi and French Foreign Ministries. This First agreement was signed by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister, and French Minister of Foreign Affairs Bernard Kouchner. The second agreement, which pertains to facilitate cooperation in the field of vocational training and technical education, was signed by Dr Ghazi Al-Quseibi, the Minister of labor and chairman of the board of directors of the General Organization for vocational training and technical education and French Minister of National Education Xavier Darcos. --MORE
