Seven workers died in a fire at a factory in St. Petersburg, Russia's second largest city, the Itar-Tass news agency reported on Sunday. The flame broke out early Sunday morning at a local factory and was put out one hour later, Itar-Tass cited sources with the Emergencies Ministry. "A makeshift house where workers lived caught fire," the ministry spokesman said. Police are now identifying the victims whose body were found in the ruins.
