Top U.S. nuclear envoy Christopher Hill said Friday that the next round of six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear program could take place this month, the ITAR-Tass news agency reported, according to AP. Hill arrived in Moscow for consultations with Russia, one of the countries involved in the talks aimed to convince North Korea to give up its nuclear arms. Hill was expected to hold talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov before returning to Washington on Saturday, ITAR-Tass said. The visit came amid concern over North Korea's failure to meet a year-end deadline for a full declaration of its nuclear activities.
