Leeds University will host "Saudi Creativity Conference-2008" organized by the presidency of clubs and schools of Saudi students in the United Kingdom and Ireland in cooperation with the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Britain and with the support of the Riyadh-based King Saud University. The General President of the Saudi Clubs in Britain, Mohammed bin Odha Al Al-Sheikh said that the conference aims at highlighting the cultural and scientific image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all fields as well as highlighting the latest studies and scientific research works conducted by Saudi students who are on scholarships program in UK. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Al Al-Sheikh said that the Scientific Committee started to receive scientific working papers to be discussed during the conference's meetings and workshops. He said that the conference will be attended by a large number of academicians and others interested in the field of scientific research from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Britain. The Conference will be divided into four scientific sections: Engineering; Applied and Medical Sciences; Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Humanities, he added.
