Riyadh-based Naif Arab University for security sciences has signed a Scientific Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean Institute for the policy of Criminal justice, an affiliate of the Korean cabinet's presidency. It is also one of the institutes of UN net for Criminal Justice and Crime combating. The signing of the MOU comes in line with the goals of the university as regards enhancing the pillars of Arab security with its comprehensive concept, prevention of crime, development of the concepts of criminal justice as well as development of the Arab security organs and improving their performance. The mou stipulates conducting researches on issues of mutual interest and exchange of expertise. It also comes in line with the directives of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the interior minister and chairman of the board of directors of the university, for cementing scientific and technical cooperation in the field of prevention of crime and realization of criminal justice with the concerned authorities notably the UN and its regional institutes, the Arab, European, American and Asian universities. It is worth mentioning that the university has established links and singed memorandums of understanding with more than 86 educational and international organizations.
