In implementation of the directive of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance has been distributing the gift of copies of the Holy Quran from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to all pilgrims leaving for their countries at the Kingdom's land posts, air and sea ports. Sheikh Talal bin Ahmed Al-Aqeel, Chairman of the Gift Distribution Committee and Advisor to Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Al Sheikh who has been following-up the plan of distributing the King's gift said that the costs of the gift are estimated at SR 50 million, noting that the copies of the Holy Quran and translation of its meanings are printed in various languages at King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran. He added that the gift also includes religious books and tapes.
