Saudi Culture and Information Minister Iyad bin Amin Madani termed last night Saudi Cultural Days activities which are currently in progress here as an opportunity for Algerians in glancing various cultural aspects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. "Saudi Cultural features are distinguished by creativity in domains of poetry, literature, formative arts and photography as well as other creative fields such as visual and popular shows which all reflects what the Kingdom witnesses in its cultural movement and advances in all spheres. He made these remarks in a statement following the signature ceremony for a book entitled "Zaakira Al-jazair Fie Dewan Al-shaer Al-Saudi" (The memory of Algeria in the Saudi Court of Poetry" by Author Mohamed Al-dousari. "People in Saudi Arabia had enjoyed the shows presented by Algerian Chambers in the Kingdom early this year, hoping such mutual events will lead to further cultural exchanges," Madani added. The Minister expressed his thanks to Algerian Minister of Culture Dr. Khalida Toumy and other officials for their cooperation and hospitality, citing what they had made available for the success of the Saudi Cultural events and activities which are being staged and carried out in several Algerian Cities.
