Director general of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Dr Abdulaziz al-Tuweijiri arrived here on Monday evening . He is scheduled to participate in the fifth conference of the Islamic ministers of culture, due to be held here on Wednesday. On an arrival statement, Dr al-Tuweijiri said the convening of the conference comes at a time when the Muslim world faces dangerous international circumstances, notably in the cultural spheres. He pointed out that campaigns are being launched against Islam and the civilization of the Muslims. The conference will constitute a true message about the Islamic civilization and the Islamic culture, he said noting that the Islamic culture is a culture of coexistence and respect of the human dignity.
