Heads of the delegations of the member countries of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) arrived in Riyadh today to participate in the Third OPEC Summit which will begin later today. Those who arrived included United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahayan; Iraqi President Jalal Talbani; Algerian President Abdulaziz Boutafliqah; Indonesian Vice President Mohammad Yosif Kala; Nigerian President Umaru Yar'adua; Angolan President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos; Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani; Iranian President Mahmood Ahmedi Najad and Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Alahmad Aljabir Alsabah. At the airport, they were received by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; other princes; ministers and officials.
