With regard to the financing of the center, Dr Abal-Khali said it will be from different sources including allocations from the university's budget, in addition to donations and endowments and the center's income from its research activities and investment of its deposits. Dr Abal-Khail noted that Dr Abdel-Karim al-Sayegh, the member of the academic staff at the higher judiciary institute, has been appointed as an undersecretary of the center.
