As many as 64 persons of different nationalities have recently embraced Islam in Hassa region. They included 51 men and 13 women. This will raise the number of converts from the beginning of this lunar year up to the end of the lunar month of Shawal to 445. Director of the cooperative office for the Islamic call and guidance Sheikh Abdurrahman al-Ghugheiman said the office has been making available cassettes and booklets in more than 20 languages. The office includes Islamic preachers and translators for the reception of the persons who are keen on getting acquainted with Islam.
