The Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council held a reception party in The Hague tonight to mark the GCC days which concluded earlier today in Holland. The function was attended by Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Maxime Verhagen, Holland's Minister of Foreign Affairs, and a number of diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom of Netherlands. Addressing the gathering were Oman's Ambassador to Holland Khadeeja Al-lawati, dean of the diplomatic corps to Holland, Dr. Nizar bin Obeid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which holds the rotating Presidency of the GCC and Al-Atiyyah.
