Prince Dr Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed al-Saud, the advisor of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques and Head of the Saudi arbitration team, will inaugurate the third arbitration forum from the Islamic and international point of view in Riyadh on Nov 13, 2007. More than 200 experts from inside and outside the Kingdom will participate in the 3-day forum. Stressing the importance of the forum, Prince Dr Bandar said the forum is to be convened in the light of the issuance of the judicial system and the system of the grievances court within the framework of the project of the two Holy Mosques to develop the judicial organs. He noted that sr 7 billion have been allocated for realizing a comprehensive development in the judicial system, adding that arbitration constitutes one of the most important elements for realizing justice. 20 speakers are scheduled to participate in the forum to discuss issues pertaining to arbitration.
