Bakhtiar Sir Firaz Khan, a Pakistani, was beheaded here today after being convicted of smuggling heroin in the Kingdom, said a statement released by the interior ministry. The culprit was convicted by the court, and the verdict was approved by the supreme judicial council. The statement confirmed the determination of the Saudi Government on ensuring law and order and severely punishing the criminals.
