Murad Bin Ali Miraj, a Pakistani national, was beheaded here today after being convicted of smuggling heroin into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The culprit was convicted by the Shariah court and the verdict was approved by the cassation court and the Supreme Judicial Council, said a statement released by the Interior Ministry. The statement confirmed the determination of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on ensuring law and order and severely punishing criminals.
