Secretary General of International Federation of Marine Sports Commends Kingdom

The Secretary General of the International Federation of Marine Sports Regine Vandkircov has pointed out that it is the first time that the Federation witnessed the organization of the World Cup Championship Formula in Jeddah within the framework of Abhor Tourist Festival 2007.
In a press statement on this occasion, she stressed the Kingdom's distinction in hosting and organizing this championship.
She expressed her admiration of development of services in the Kingdom with regard to hosting this world sport event, calling for adoption of marine sports in the Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that the Kingdom is hosting the third phase of World Cup Formula 2000 (fast boats race ) which was preceded by two phases in Portugal and Latvia and the last round will be held in Malaysia.
The Secretary General of the International Federation of Marine Sports arrived in Jeddah on Tuesday to oversee the launching of the 3rd phase of World Cup Formula 2000.
