Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of Youth Welfare and President of the Saudi Federation of Sport for special needs persons and semi-Olympic Committee and Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice President of Youth welfare congratulated today Saudi swimmer AL-Bara Al-Halwani for winning a gold medal in freestyle swimming, 100 meter race, on the third day of International Special Olympiad currently in progress in Beijing. In a telephone call made to Director of the Federation's Olympiad Special Committee and Head of the Kingdom's Mission to the championship Khalid Al-Hamad , the two princes expressed their appreciation of this world achievement of the Saudi swimmer which is added to the Saudi record in international tournaments particularly sports for special needs persons.
