The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received at his palace in Makkah today the annual report on the activities of King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue for the year 1427-1428 H. The report, presented to the monarch by Sheikh Salih bin Abdulrahman Al-Hossein, General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Affairs, gave an account on the national meetings, workshops, training courses and symposia organized by the center. On his part, the monarch lauded the role played by the center in spreading the culture of dialogue and values of moderation and correct reading of intellectual and practical challenges facing the nation. Also, he praised the center's interest in the issues tackling society matters and ways of giving access for Saudi citizens to take part in discussions of such issues. --More
