The Chairman of Shoura Council Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid received here today at his office an invitation of the Speaker of Swedish Parliament to visit the Kingdom of Sweden. The invitation was delivered to the Chairman of Shoura Council by Sweden's ambassador to the Kingdom Jean Theslv. Dr. Saleh welcomed the invitation and considered it in the framework of keenness of Shoura Council and the Swedish Parliament to develop their relations. During the meeting, they discussed the topics of common interest between the two friendly countries and the ways to develop and enhance the relations between the two countries in various fields. The Chairman of Shoura Council stressed the need to intensify visits and activate the parliamentary friendship committees in the interest of the two friendly countries. The meeting was attended by Advisor to the Chairman of Shoura Council Ibrahim Alsuleiman; the Director General of the Chairman of Shoura Council Office, Dr. Muhanna Al-Muhanna and the Director General of Public Relations and Information, Dr. Abdurrahman Alsagheer.
