At least fourteen people were killed when a passenger wagon fell in a deep river in Pakistan s northern area Friday, police said. The wagon was going to Mahandari from Balakot. Its tie-rod broke in Malkandi area of Kaghan Valley and the vehicle plunged into River Kanhar. A total of twenty passengers were traveling in the wagon. Bodies are being pulled out of the river.
