A Jordanian Official denied here today frequent Israeli allegations of existence of Solomon Temple beneath the Holy Mosque of Al-Aqsa in Al-Quds City. Eng. Raef Najm, member of Jordanian Committee for the Al-Aqsa Mosque Affairs, said the Israeli allegations are void and have no credibility. In a press statement issued here today, he said that Zionists failed to find any evidence of the existence of the Temple of Solomon in Al-Quds City in spite of tens of excavations attempts carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Al-Quds over the past fifty years. The Jordanian official called on Arab and Islamic media for intensive regional and International campaigns to refute the Israeli allegations and prove its invalidity in a framework of hard and sincere efforts to protect the Holy Mosque of Al Aqsa from the dangers of aggressive Israeli schemes aiming at demolishing Al-Aqsa Mosque and structuring the alleged Temple on its existing site.
